HistoryThe Magnolia Roller Vixens formed in 2008 to create a skater owned and skater run roller derby league that is committed to sportsmanship, involved in the community, and creates a family friendly sporting event for the Jackson Metro Area. The league has grown from 5 skaters to over 30. 2010 marks the leagues first full season with 5 home bouts and 2 away bouts scheduled. The Vixens are still recruiting. No experience necessary. We will teach you all you need to know. Just stop by our open practice at the Clinton National Guard (1500 E Northside Dr) on Wednesdays at 7pm or email us at freshmeat@magnoliarollervixens.com. You must be 18 or older and female to join as a skater. Referees and non-skating officials can be male or female and must be 18 or older.
