I opened Ballard Law, PLLC on January 1, 2014 after practicing with a well respected local law firm for a number of years. I primarily focus on personal injury cases, but handle other types of cases as well.

For more than 20 years, the Law Offices of Rusty Williard has been involved in general civil litigation with a particular emphasis on Chancery Court matters, such as family issues, estate disputes, divorce, adoption, and child welfare. Our firm takes pride in our experience in the service of protecting individual citizens' rights and privileges. We also assist in matters of criminal law, business litigation and contract formation, personal injury and probate, wills and trusts.
