Jak's opened in 1992 as Jim And Kathy's Cards and Collectibles, ownership changed in 1994. Jak's took on the acrimony of the original owners, Jak's. Jak's started as a sports card store and eventually transformed into a gaming and comic book store.

The owner and workers are extremely rude all the time, for no reason. They also don't have any system to deliver PDFs with the sale of RPG books.

I knew this place was cool the moment I saw "Unbeatable Squirrel Girl" not only stocked but overtly labeled. Great selection, clean store, and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly....
