My wife told them she did not want any insurance or any add ons. They added stuff on without telling her and scammed us out of over $600. They did not give us any records or invoices or receipts...

horrible customer service, my wife was scheduled an rental for an SUV and they gave her car away to someone else. And gave us nothing while our car is getting fixed. Horrible service

Had the car we reserved but it was older than average and not as roomy as newer years of that class of vehicle so we didn't end up renting it
