2/5 stars solely based on this location. Love the Crumbl franchise, but out of the Mississippi locations (Flowood, Madison, and Hattiesburg) the Flowood location has the worst quality control....

Absolutely delicious cookies. I purchased the three small cookies for $6.99. I enjoyed each bite. It was a wonderful treat.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The cookies have interesting flavors and are soft. There is not much on the ambiance front.
