Cracker Barrel deserves more than their average two stars. I think the service was good. The coffee always topped off and hot and the food was pretty good.

Always forgetting something in the order or keeping ingredients you asked to not have. If you have allergies to certain foods avoid this place.

They did their best clearly but we got messed up orders and receipts about 20 times. The food was basically fine but it was so chaotic trying to get food and receipts and it still took like 2.5 hours.

The service is so slow! If you don't have two hours to wait and eat, don't go here. It takes forever to get served. Even when there are empty tables around the room, it takes at least 45 minutes...
