Viva Cubano

History

AJ Louismet had just cooked a beautiful batch of his famous carnitas when he had a wonderful idea: use the carnitas to create a Cubano. He knew and loved the Cubano from his time as a server and bartender at The Muddy Pig in Saint Paul. Bribes, pleading, and the likes ensued. Realizing that he had a duty to bring his Cubano to the general public, he quickly put together a business. Viva Cubano!
