As a wellness coach I focus on bio chemical stress reduction with tools for mindfulness based in habit change, basic nutrition and Yogic philosophy. I have been passionate about this work for over half my life and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a cheerleader and tough love coach for those willing to show up and do the work necessary to walk their desired life path.
