HistorySTEP Therapies opened in 2007 and has provided specialized Multiple Sclerosis care ever since. Over the years, STEP's scope of practice has expanded to include a multitude of other neurologic conditions in addition to orthopedic issues and chronic pain. Beginning in August 2019, the Hopkins, Minnesota location began bringing all of the same specialized treatment options to the western Twin Cities. Specialized Treatment: Several Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialists on staff, LSVT BIG Certified (Parkinson's Disease), corrective exercise, functional exercise, manual therapies: mobilizations/manipulations, soft tissue mobilizations, and neural dynamics, gait, balance, and coordination training. We also complete seating and mobility evaluations for assistive devices and equipment.
