T & W Towing

T & W Towing started in a small two-bay shop on Main Street in Albert Lea. Starting with one light-duty wrecker, and the owners' personal pickup for service calls, they offered a light-duty repair shop in addition to towing. After a few short years, we changed our operation to focus only on towing and recovery, recognizing the need for a locally owned company specializing in heavy-duty recovery that focused on the best level of service any company can give, along with the highest trained operators in the area. That focus has led us to be the largest company in the area, with a fleet approaching 15 trucks, including the areas first and only rotator to call Freeborn County home.To accommodate our growth and goals, we moved to our current location at 2046 Sorensen Road, with a 4-bay shop plus a second 3-bay shed, 15 acres of land, and sleeping quarters for our staff. Reacting to a need in the community, we added a Rotator, Air Cushion Recovery, Off-road Recovery Winch Box, and a HAZMAT Response Rig for large spill containment and clean up. We also offer full roadside service for heavy duty trucks, including full dealer level diagnostic software which does give us the capability to perform forced regens among other things. With cutting-edge technology, we strive to be the best in the industry providing our operators with the best training available in the industry.
