History

I first started out as a massage therapist at Life Time Fitness in January 2009. I realized I had a passion for nutrition and exercise. I wanted to continue to help people lead a healthier life so I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer in March 2016. I just LOVE helping people feel better inside and out.

Specialties

I do deep tissue massage, sports massage, and cupping massage. I also do personal training where we customize the training to your specific goals.
