St. Martin's Table

The Community of St. Martin, established in the fall of 1984 in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis, is an ecumenical Christian community that emphasizes active non-violence, justice, and peace. Rooted in Scripture, the community seeks to practice loving hospitality and stewardship of God’s gifts while acknowledging its complicity in societal materialism and oppression.

In response to contemporary issues, the Community of St. Martin actively addresses racism and affirms the dignity of all individuals, particularly advocating for Black lives. Committed to dismantling racism in all its forms, the community collaborates with others to promote justice and peace through non-violent action.
