20 minute wait turned into 40 minute wait because they allow walk-ins. So what's the point in making a reservation. Go to the Chan location!

Terrible customer service! My son was in line for a haircut for over 2 hours whiles they cut other people's hair without an explanation. If you don't cut toddler hair just say it than making us...
