When Wanda and Dewey first opened Rascal's Bar and Grill in 1994, we were one of only 15 restaurants in Apple Valley. Only 2 other restaurants held liquor licenses. Much has changed in the past 20 years, and now we are one of 68 restaurants and 19 liquor licenses, and our look has gone from one big bar to a warm and comfortable atmosphere through several renovations. Whether you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a casual and delicious dinner with your family, want to unwind at the end of a long day with a favorite beverage, or have fun with Fantasy Football, you are welcome to come in, relax, and enjoy yourself.
