About Nu Look Consignment Our pleasant, professional staff enjoys working with our many consignors. We are experienced in consigning and pricing designer items. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Nu Look Consignment Inc was established in 1981 as the first Twin Cities maternity consignment shop. The store occupied approximately 1/5 of its current space. In 1982, children's clothing was added to our inventory. We expanded the business by 50% in 1984 and added women's wear, and expanded two more times, adding men's wear. Nu Look currently occupies over 6, 000 square feet and is the leading family consignment retailer in the Twin Cities area. Nu Look is a privately held business developed by the owner Sally Beaudet. The staff is unfriendly, provide inaccurate information to customers about store policies, and show no appreciation for customers or basic courtesy. One should expect more from a small business.
