History

We fell in love quickly and wholeheartedly. We spent 10 months crisscrossing Minneapolis to be together before we decided enough was enough. It was time for Nate to propose! Two jobs and two cats kept us busy in the honeymoon years. In 2013 we bought our first house, filled it with pets...and then with babies. And all the while we did our best to capture normal life among our family and friends. We took our camera everywhere, including onto a speedboat for our weekly wakeboarding adventures. (I used the camera as an excuse to stay out of the water. Watching other people faceplant at high speeds was FAR more fun than doing the faceplanting myself.) We spent hour upon hour at the lake in our early years. Here-and-there comments about pretty pictures (and my backseat-editing) developed a new priority in our images.
