Los Andes Restaurant brings the spice and charm of the mountain cuisine of Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru to the Twin Cities. Since July of 2006, Los Andes Restaurant has re-created the flavors of home for local Ecuadorians, Colombians, and Peruvians. While steak lies at the heart of the Andes, we also have goat, pork, chicken, shrimp, trout, and vegetarian dishes. And, of course, those wonderful fried sweet plantains and llapingacho.
