Lawson Municipal Parking Ramp

took 45 minutes to exit - need to have a human helping people exit if the arm is down terrible ramp, horribly run F minus.

What always goes well is parking in this ramp for activities at the X. A nice walk through Rice Park and $20 to park is what I call a win.

Clean and safe. My go-to ramp in St Paul. Conveniently located near The Palace and Xcel Center.

Very clean and I feel safe. Machines are newer and work quickly. Staff is almost always available during the day and always friendly.
