Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial Elementary is an educational institution located in Lake Crystal, Minn. The school s parent-teacher organization sponsors fundraising events, a Halloween party and Christmas concert. It offers Reading Renaissance and Guided Reading programs in which students read, practices reading skills and discusses books with the teacher in a small group setting. The school s media center offers a variety of storybooks, fiction and nonfiction books, encyclopedias, picture dictionaries and Internet access. It serves students in kindergarten through grade six and offers classes in English, math, science, language arts, physical education and social studies. The school supplies spiral notebooks, colored pencils, erasers, glue sticks, scissors and markers.
