J. Carver Distillery, located in Waconia, MN is a grain to glass distillery that produces a broad variety of unique and exceptional spirits including bourbon, rye whiskey, apple brandy, barrel gin, vodka, gin, and liqueurs. We explore whatever unique inputs are available in Minnesota and produce products that are noticeably different and exceptional. Tours are available and provide an overview of our grain-to-glass approach and allow visitors an opportunity to see the stills, mash tun, fermentation tanks, and barrel house. A tasting of 3 spirits is included with the tour for customers 21 years of age or older. Craft cocktails are served in the expansive cocktail lounge.
