Hotova CrossFit CrossFit is a community built work out group for all fitness level. If you feel out of shape, have never stepped into a gym before or just want to be active and healthy, come on in!! At Hotova we will take care of you. We offer one hour workout boost ,with varied work outs everyday to keep you motivated and wanting to come back for more. We scaled the work outs depending on each participant's ability. Our fitness goal is to keep you healthy and active . Our program offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training, kettle bells and more to prepare you for the unexpected. CrossFit is perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
