For over 50 years, Country Manor Campus has been recognized as a leader in superior health care and services. Country Manor first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64 bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor Campus has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota. Our Sartell campus includes: private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy. Individualized activity and entertainment programming, 3 full-service salon & spas, store, pharmacy, multiple "quick food" options, full-service restaurant and bar, clinic, child care, transportation services, and a 7,000-square-foot Chapel. Country Manor also features beautifully groomed grounds with various gathering areas like the barbeque terrace, sundeck, duck pond, and a secured 1.25-acre court yard.
