Forward Global Women

Forward Global Women (FGW) is a nonprofit organization based in Saint Paul, MN, dedicated to fostering leadership development and peacebuilding among women from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Founded in 2011, FGW organizes international convenings and events aimed at promoting the full and equal participation of women in peace processes and addressing key social and political issues.

In October 2023, FGW celebrated its tenth anniversary with a convening in Malta, where it honored distinguished Women of Valor who have significantly impacted various fields such as medicine, science, and human rights.
