Kenwood Trail Middle School, located in Lakeville, Minn., provides educational services to students in grades six through eight. The school s general academic curriculum includes English, math, science, history and physical education. It features a band, choir and health education classes. Chaska High School is operated by District 112, and is located in Chaska, Minn. It enrolls more than 1,800 students in grades 10 through 12. The high school offers a variety of honors classes, and academic and advanced placement courses. Its advanced placement courses include arts, English, calculus, biology, physics, chemistry, American government, European history, Spanish, German, statistics, macroeconomics and U.S. history. The high school offers a wide variety of extracurricular programs, including drama, academic competitions, music and speech. It provides a variety of athletic activities for boys and girls, including volleyball, hockey, basketball and golf. The high school has various student organizations, such as student council, key club, youth commission and the Distributive Education Clubs of America that offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and serve the community.
