Their customer service was great! The ice cream was the best I've ever had and there are so many choices. I highly recommend visiting this place and trying all the great doughnuts and ice cream.

Not a real asset for Grand Rapids. This Dunkin' replaced a Hardee's that actually had pretty good hamburgers. Its problem was multiple hamburger and sub competitors across the street. Entry is...

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through with no cars in front of us and really no one in the building for a hot coffee and raw bacon that should've been extra crispy. Slow workers as well
