Dick and MaryAnn Clemmer founded Dick s Sanitation and Lakeville Sanitary in 1966. It started out as a three-truck, one office and one garage operation. In the early days, the company would dump barrels of ashes and trash from residents throughout Lakeville and New Market, Minn., at the city dump. The company employs more than 80 employees and operates nearly 70 trucks. The company serves customers in the counties of Farmington, Shakopee, Dakota County, Hennepin County, Washington County and Ramsey County, Minn. Dick s Sanitation maintains its corporate headquarters in Lakeville.

Crappy service. They offer the 96 gallon trash can but then they don't pickup anything 100 pounds. Seems really ridiculous to spend money on a service that doesn't fulfill. Talk about going woke.

In two years, their fees went up 30%. We canceled our rural garbage and recycling bin pick up service. Cheaper for us to do it ourselves.
