HistoryThe Persian Mastiff is a brand new dog salon in downtown Saint Paul, MN owned and operated by Hamisha & Ghassan Alkamooneh. Hamisha is a second-generation groomer and has been grooming dogs since she was 12 years old (nearly fifteen years of experience). Ghassan is new to the game but excited to learn from Hamisha. Hamisha & Ghassan are both thrilled to welcome Karanina Scheel to the grooming team, who also has extensive experience in the dog world and has been grooming for over 11 years.SpecialtiesThe Persian Mastiff is a small, urban, and yet relaxed salon, where we work on dogs one-on-one (sometimes two-on-one), ensuring that stress levels stay low and your dog is never unattended. We pride ourselves on our calm and friendly atmosphere and our speed in getting your best friend back in your arms. We also run a small pet-centered boutique.
