Horrible customer service. Forgot to order part for refrigerator and only offered 10% off. We were without for 1 month and already paid $300 before part for service alone.

According to their Website, D&T will service all major brands "No matter what make, model or configuration you own..." Not quite. They will not deign to come out to look at my 36" Verona Prestige...
