Founded in 1969, Ham Lake Fire Department offers fire fighting, emergency medical and rescue response. The department has a fleet of more than 10 vehicles and provides fire prevention and safety education programs. It has a staff that includes more than 30 employees who are also trained in cleanup of hazardous material spills. Ham Lake Fire Department provides a fire extinguisher check and refill service for city hall as a service to the public. The department is located in Ham Lake, Minn.
