Crabtree Company

History

The company was started by Richard Crabtree who worked at Copy Duplicating Products in Edina Minnesota. Richard left CDP and worked for Honeywell on the 2nd shift. He began by selling maintenance contracts to people who owned Savin copy machines and later began to sell the hardware. The company bought a company called Dodd Technical and became an Hewlett-Packard dealer when laser printers were just being introduced. Crabtree Companies began to sell computer hardware and became a Novell network partner. Later on the company became authorized to sell Canon, Sharp and Savin brands of hardware. In 2000 Crabtree became an Authorized Laserfiche VAR and has won numerous awards of excellence by creating and selling customized software solutions. Today Crabtree sells and supports a wide variety of software and hardware solutions to our clients in Minnesota and surrounding States.
