Under the guidance of Svetlana Zaydman, DO, andAshwin George, MD, VMW patients receive customized treatment that identifies their pain or addiction problem at its source, creates achievable goals, and puts a plan into action that helps achieve these goals.We work with CREATE, INC in Hennepin and Dakota counties, Canvas Health in Washington and Chisago counties, and Recovery is Happening and NuWay in Olmstead county to provide addiction counseling and recovery services for our patients. We are also a member of the Fairview Physicians Association (FPA) and can refer out a full range of medical services.The goal is to help our patients improve their health and comfort so they can return to being their best selves.Flu and COVID-19 Testing and TreatmentIn addition to fighting chronic pain and the opioid epidemic, Valley Medical and Wellness is also fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We offer drive-thru COVID and flu testing with same-day results. If you test positive, we provide convenient telehealth appointments to prescribe Paxlovid and Tamiflu to relieve COVID and influenza symptoms. VMW is also a COVID-19 testing referral lab for community providers.STI and Sexual Wellness Testing and TreatmentVMW also offers testing for the most common sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and women's sexual wellness issues, including fungal infections. Located on Bryant Lake Dr. in Eden Prairie, MN, Anthony Louis Center was established in 1982 by its Board of Directors, On-Belay of Minnesota, Inc. a group of health professionals and concerned persons dedicated to the care and treatment of adolescents with alcohol and drug abuse problems. The program was opened in response to the need in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul to address the adolescent drug problem. 'On-Belay' is a term from the sport of mountain climbing used to mean 'securely supported'. It is the mission of Anthony Louis Center / On-Belay of MN Inc to help our young people develop the skills to cope with the stresses of adolescence and the motivation to change: Some of the main issues that young people who are in our program struggle with are: Substance Abuse, Chemical Dependency, Poor School Performance, Behavioral Problems in the Community or at School and more. Our program treats adolescents ages 13-18 who are struggling with substance abuse. Anthony Louis Center and On-Belay believe that substance abuse is a treatable condition and one that affects emotional and family system functioning. We focus on the importance of family and community as a conduit for successful change. That's why our program offers case management, group therapy, individual counseling, family group, and home plans for when a client completes the program. At Rogers Behavioral Health in Minneapolis, patients can access effective treatment and the support needed to find hope and healing from their mental health condition. We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) care to children, teens, and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. PHP is also available to children, teens, and adults with eating disorders, and adults with depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders, co-occurring substance use, as well as trauma (post-traumatic stress disorder).
