Kaleidoscope Health Systems, Inc is a Management Service Organization dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of providers in their present practice environment. Founded in 1995, the Kaleidoscope Health Systems, Inc administrative team supports provider practice development by providing comprehensive administrative services. The administrative team collectively has an extensive number of years of experience operating in a highly competitive managed care market.Mr. Board served as the CEO of a Minneapolis-based 36 member group. He has and continues to serve the local and national health care and public communities. He actively participates in and maintains multiple memberships in both professional and public organizations. Mr. Board is past President of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. He has consulted and spoken nationally and published papers on a variety of management issues. He is recognized for his expertise in physician practice financial planning and budget management, external environment evaluation and strategic planning and marketing in the health care environment.Ms. Abdou has over 30 years in healthcare delivery and healthcare practice management. She has served as the Vice President of Operations for a large surgical practice in Minneapolis, the Director of Clinical Operations and Business Office Services for a national management service organization, and as Nurse Manager in a large Metropolitan hospital. She presently serves as the Administrator of a large pediatric practice. She has been the lead administrator on a variety of programs and committees such as outcomes studies, OSHA safety, physician peer review and credentialing, and human resource management. She is a present and past member of many local and national administrative, quality assurance and nursing professional groups.Ms. Rutherford has 20 years of business experience in benefits and human resource administration, project management, and operations. Ms. Rutherford has 10 years of healthcare business operations experience including billing and collections, credentialing, compliance, and HIPAA administration. She has received professional certification in Information Technology and Electronic Health Records.Mr. Gracek began his career in public accounting as an auditor and has over 30 years of experience in private industry as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota " Duluth, with a BA in Accounting, and received his MBA degree from Mankato State University. Since 1969 Walk-In Counseling Center has offered free, easily accessible counseling for people with urgent needs and few options. It's the only counseling center in the nation to use volunteers as service providers as far as we know it houses the largest number of active volunteer mental health professionals under one roof in the world. Walk-In's 160 volunteer professionals and receptionists donate over 11, 000 hours each year to serve clients who have no insurance, can't get help elsewhere or just simply walk through the door. Walk-In's well-earned reputation is based not only on client services, but also contributions to the profession and the community through consulting and training, partnerships and leadership on emerging issues.
