Their quality and workmanship is great and they are timely as well, but you pay above premium price for that. Replacing a toilet valve cost us over $500 and took about 20 minutes.

So expensive! And don't care that they are. Over $800 to replace a bathroom faucet. Got it done for 1/2 the cost plus additional work. Never ever considered this company again.
