They make you leave 10 days early at the end of the month when you are terminating your lease. This is hidden in an obscure part of the lease. Bluestone will surprise you with this in the last...

Renters beware. Read the fine print. You will pay for a full months rent but will be told you have to vacate 10 days early. They will not prorate the rent.
