History

After working for Aspen Medical Group in Bloomington for 5 years, then as Clinical Director of a three-county Community Mental Health Center for 3 years, I started this business in 1994 with my wife, Elizabeth. She's now a registered Art Therapist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Elizabeth Nash, M.A., LMFT, AT-R. We have another therapist, Brenda Hightshoe, M.A., LPCC working with us. We work with people to help them learn the skills to regulate attention and the emotions and usually can help people reduce or eliminate the need for help from medications.

Specialties

We provide cognitive behavior therapy, family and individual therapy, art therapy and biofeedback plus neurofeedback for stress, anxiety, ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury and other problems. We have three therapists and work with children, adolescents and adults
