Anoka Technical College is a two-year institute offering certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees in various technical and paraprofessional programs. It provides a wide variety of academic programs, such as accounting, practical nursing, supervisory management, horticulture, psychology, health, electronic and information technology, and architecture and construction. The college s library and media center offer Internet access, and magazines, journals, newspapers and encyclopedias. Anoka Technical College offers financial aid, scholarships and loans to students, and provides online noncredit courses. It also provides courses in computer-aided drafting, humanities, plumbing technologies and judicial reporting. The college additionally offers programs in basic computer keyboarding and applications. The college is located in Anoka, Minn., and is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System.
