Using the teaching methodology known as A Luta Regional Baiana, or Regional we aim to form well-rounded individuals in both Capoeira and life. Our curriculum covers the physical movements, songs, music and the culture of Capoeira. Additionally, we encourage positive body image and stress that Capoeira is something that produces the most authentic parts of ourselves physically and mentally.
