The facility is fine, but the billing is awful. The company outsources the billing (outside the US). We never received a bill for an urgent care visit, but weeks later we received a voicemail...

The care was fine but beware! They took my credit card and signed me up for auto pay without my consent. Now, as I'm waiting for my (out of town) insurance company to okay the visit, they charged...

They won't lie to you about whether they are able to treat your condition or not. They will not take out-of-network Medicare Advantage insurance.
