Founded in 1972 as a distributor of Citgo petroleum products for farm, industry and home heating customers, Pri Mar Petroleum offers a range of fuels and lubricants. It serves clients in Cass, Van Buren, Berrien, St. Joseph and Allegan counties in Michigan. The company owns and operates more than 10 Pri Mart convenience stores, each of which provides carwashes, lotto services and diesel fuel. Pri Mar Petroleum supplies products to over 20 independent reseller companies. It maintains several bulk plants that offer gasoline, water glycols, transmission fluids, greases, coolants, lubes, and heating, hydraulic and synthetic motor oils for farming and industrial needs. The company represents various petroleum brands, such as BP, Marathon Oil Corporation and Exxon Mobil Corporation. Its sister company, Priebe Transport, delivers fuels to resellers, convenience stores and bulk plants. In addition, Pri Mar Petroleum participates in activities for the United Way of Southwestern Michigan, as well as supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
