Villegas Group

History

Vince has been licensed since 2002 but has been a Real Estate fanatic his whole life selling his first blueprint at the age of 13. In 2005, Vince created Villegas Group, a home marketing & sales company that climbed to #27 in Sales for Coldwell Banker North America before seeking a new challenge and launching Villegas Group of Grand Rapids. Vince couldn't do this without the encouragement and support of Nicole to make sure that all of the I's are dotted and T's are crossed. Nicole has been with the Villegas Group since 2010. After graduating from MSU College of Law (Go green!), Nicole was waiting for her bar results when Vince's assistant of six years retired to Texas to spend more time with her grandchildren and Nicole decided it was a great time to jump in and help build their family's legacy. Nicole and Vince enjoy working together and the life Real Estate has allowed them to build including education, service, travel, and lots of time with their four children.
