1. Service - the workers were very professional and friendly. I came here for an OIL CHANGE and a STATE INSPECTION. I was concern if this was a good idea considering that it's during the Pandemic....

Overtightened the oil pan drain plug to the point I needed to take my car to a shop just to loosen it. And I had to replace the plug since it was completely stripped. Would not recommend.

Called in to ask couple of questions to the representative, she had an attitude and was getting mad at me for asking questions and repeating stuff to make sure if I was hearing her correct! Very rude!
