Made reservation for a 930 am pickup. It just so happened that the cell phone towers went out this day and I informed the associate I couldn't be there until 1030/11 just prior to the cell phone...

All I can say is wow. We booked a storage unit online. The online website only allowed me to book a unit starting on Mondays. Didn't need it until Friday. We planned to book for 2 months....
