This is the absolute worst store when it comes to customer service. Today, there were over 100 people in line and the girl at the jewelry counter refused to ring anybody up...not her choice but...

They never have cashiers on registers. 16 registers, 2 cashiers on Saturday. Many just standing there chatting

This place being a duo with Homegoods really ups the game. You get the fullest selection of each. Hot tip. Park on the TJ side because the registers kind of force you to exit on that side.
