What an absolutely charming lil' gem! Had a guest stay here and couldn't have been happier with the turnout. While it was a bit difficult to find the entrance, it's in the back on a dirt road...

The Wolcott House is a stately red brick home built near the turn of the century. It was once owned by the prominent Wolcott family, owners of the Wolcott Mill in downtown Fenton. Today, Elaine & Sean Rosekrans are your hosts at what they have transformed into a charming B&B. The home offers three beautiful quest rooms, each with its own unique decor. Full gourmet breakfast is served.

The owners use extreme vulgar language, highly inappropriate. Guests and workers on property feel unwelcome, and intimidation is used around young adults. Not a safe place to visit.

Owners language can't be repeated. Very intimidating and extremely confrontational. Would highly not recommend.

Worst service I have ever experienced, terrible customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Never go here!
