Confusing reservation system. Not clear if the French room or viridian room was reserved on. Staff could've been trained better to accommodate viridian room instructions.

I saw the Viridian room on TikTok and people raved about it... I would say otherwise. The way to enter the speakeasy isn't provided to you when you make a reservation so was a little annoying....
