I received the press for many years. Recently I choose to discontinue my service due to the price increase. After 3 calls to cancel my service I am still receiving the paper and a bill for it....

Very poor customer service. Problems for a year now. Always escalated. Lol. A joke. Call center is is Mexico, and they don't have a number for their supervisor, or any number in the US.

the new format and the ability to print articles, pictures, or puzzles is horrific. surely many will cancel their subscriptions. This change may be clever but not very well thought out.
