I love subway. The chicken teriyaki is so good. Customer service is average. The drive thru seems inefficient.

Drive thru only, asked for a 12" cheesesteak sub toasted. Had no way of knowing it wasn't toasted, didn't include all of the ingredients that it is supposed to come with and that it was squished...
