Stephen A Lazar PHD

Carla earned her Bachelor's of Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. During her career, she has focused her skills primarily in the outpatient setting; and in the last 13 years, treating pelvic health clients. Her treatment objectives are to educate and mitigate her clients to a more fulfilling life, having fun in the process.Carla joined the Oaklawn Rehabilitation staff in 2012.

Lillian Bloshtein received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and continued her education at Stockton University where she received her graduate degree. She specializes in pediatric occupational therapy.
