Metzgar Conveyors initially started out as a producer of an end-wood wheel for industrial trucks. It has now expanded its business into providing pallet, package and part handling systems. Currently, Metzgar Conveyors offers a full line of individual conveyor components and systems designed to meet individual customer requirements. PRAB is a privately owned company that manufactures industrial conveyors and systems for the collection and processing of scrap metal. Founded in 1950, the company offers a range of chip processing systems include briquetters, crushers, shredders, parts separators and chip wringers for coolant recovery and collection. It serves the metal and metal stamping, die casting, automotive, appliance, solid waste handling and resource scrap metal recovery industries. PRAB maintains a more than 70,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. It operates Hapman, which offers a range of equipment to facilitate the movement of powders and bulk solids. PRAB sells products through a network of agents in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and India.
