Over the years, and with the much needed help of our clients, Smitty's has grown into a reality. These guys know their stuff! And on top of being experts in their field, they are very responsive, prompt, good with follow-up and their service is outstanding! Tami in the office is a delight, too!

Never finished the work. Incorrectly installed portions of the furnaces and also never returned with the replacement parts. Did not return phone calls or emails. Did not finish Aprilaire updates.
